Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully. By registering for or using the platform you agree to them.
The platform is for adults aged 18 or over. You confirm you are 18 or older when you register, and you must not use the platform if you are under 18. Accounts are personal to you; do not share your login.
The platform provides trading education only. Nothing on it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or an inducement to trade, and we do not manage money, place trades or provide signals.
Trading carries a high risk to your capital and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of the money you risk. Any decision to trade is yours alone, and you should seek independent, regulated advice if you are unsure.
- Use the platform lawfully and only for your own learning.
- Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publish the course material.
- Do not attempt to break, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts.
- Do not upload unlawful content or misrepresent who you are.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
All course content, text, exercises, designs and branding on the platform are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the material for your own education while your account is active. No other rights are granted.
The platform is provided ‘as is’. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the content is complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any trading losses you incur, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees (if any) you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the platform or the law. The current version always appears on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
